Driver Scanning Tool

Here’s an easy way to download and / all your computer :

Use this driver scanning tool, which scans your computer for any outdated drivers. It has an option to automatically download the latest drivers for you.

After you have downloaded the above file, double-click on it and follow the simple steps to install it. When it asks if you want to run it, just answer yes.

This is easier than manually searching, downloading and installing the drivers.

    Hi Sheryl,
Are you able to hear other sounds from the computer? Like when Windows starts up?

You can view this sound problems post and troubleshoot your sound problem.

    Hope that helps.

    Hello Johnson,

What fixes did you try? Did you read and try the ones mentioned on this post? If not, try those and then if you are still unable to solve your sound issue, reply back and we’d try to help further.
